Bridge Street Collective

The Collective has been a true labour of love. We've worked alongside founder and owner Galen King since its initial conception in 2011, supporting the space as it evolved through various additions and alterations over the years.

Members enjoy an open-plan workspace on the ground floor, complete with meeting rooms and soundproof phone booths for privacy when needed. The space embraces a raw, honest aesthetic — showcasing the building’s original trusses, uneven concrete floors, and narrow stairwell (watch your step!). These features, along with the visible inner workings of the structure, lend the space a unique, industrial character.

The Collective is also our home away from home. Waka Group is based in one of the four separate upstairs offices, and after 14 years, we still love being part of this creative, community-minded hub. From friendships and collaborations to thought-provoking kōrero and encounters with brilliant minds from all walks of life — it’s a space that continues to inspire. And of course, there's always a great coffee downstairs at Victus.
